The Billing Specialist I plays a critical role in supporting SkySwitch Partners by managing billing inquiries, resolving invoice discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely billing operations. This hands‑on operational position works closely with billing, onboarding, and support teams to support smooth monthly bill runs and positive partner experiences.
Work Location
Hybrid based out of the office in Makati City, Philippines. Typically in the office three days per week with work‑from‑home the other two days.
Hours
Night Shift – 9 pm to 6 am local (equivalent to 9 am to 6 pm Eastern US business hours).
