About The Role
As a Billing Senior Supervisor, you will lead and oversee end‑to‑end billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while maintaining compliance with contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements. You will act as a strategic partner to the OTC CX Senior Manager, driving efficiency, minimizing revenue leakage, and enhancing customer experience across a multinational operation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily billing operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Validate shipment, pricing, and service data before invoicing
- Ensure compliance with contracts, rate cards, and SLAs
- Manage high-volume invoice processing with strong quality controls
- Monitor billing KPIs, SLAs, and productivity metrics
- Identify and prevent revenue leakage (pricing errors, missed charges, discrepancies)
