Your Role
As a Billing Officer, you will join the Managed Services division of Waste Services Group (WSG). Your role will focus on accurately processing invoices and reports, supporting credit claim queries, and working closely with the Billing Team to resolve billing disputes.
Your Responsibilities
- Producing customer and supplier billing reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Reviewing, processing, and charging contractor invoices
- Managing daily emails in a shared team mailbox
- Building positive working relationships across the business
- Assisting with invoicing quality and turnaround times
