Billing & Client Data Intern

Responsabilidades

• Proveer copias de facturas, PODs, BOLs, Packing lists.
• Conseguir “backup” (razones por las que un cliente se deduce ciertos valores).
• Conseguir información sobre clientes (Representante de ventas, correo,# de teléfono).
• Conseguir información sobre contracargos (deducciones inválidas que el cliente debe pagar).
• Hacer follow up a correos electrónicos.
