**Billing and Collections Analyst****Location**: Puebla - Hybrid**Key Responsibilities**:- Act as the primary specialist for invoice documentation and collections processing, ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Maintain organized records of billing communications and actions taken to support audit readiness and compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborate with the Collections Team to provide documentation for payments, including printing, resubmitting, and uploading required materials.
- Extract and compile data from FA&P portals and accounting systems; integrate with BI tools for analysis and reporting.
- Deliver customer-specific reports, including financial summaries and Statements of Account (SOA), aligned with both internal and customer systems.
- Identify and escalate missing or inaccurate documentation and support resolution tracking.
