Billing Administrator
Reports to: LCS Operations Manager
Location: Mexico City (hybrid model)
Main Responsibilities
Manage contracts in SAP for invoicing processes.
Audit and release completed service contracts.
Ensure that all service contracts have the correct billing plan entered in SAP.
Verify consistency between proposal, purchase order, and SAP contract.
Reject contracts that do not meet the established matching criteria.
Collaborate with contract analysts, field sales and delivery teams, distributors, and product/business managers to improve growth in the service contracts business.
Communicate with all involved areas to ensure accuracy and transparency in the billing process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+1 year experience in billing and contract administration.
English proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2).
