Bilingual U.S. Payroll Specialist (English/Spanish)

FedEx is expanding its operations in Mexico City and is seeking Tier 2 agents in its Payroll Global Business Services team. This role involves providing employee support for payroll inquiries, managing complex issues, and ensuring payroll accuracy while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

The ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of relevant experience, and must be proficient in both English and Spanish. The position offers standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
