SUMMARY

The Transaction Manager is responsible for developing and executing real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies for an assigned portfolio of properties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement.

At this position level:

• Portfolios are typically medium to high complexity and volume

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understands clients’ objectives, business drivers and needs in order to develop and recommend real estate acquisition, renewal and/or disposition strategies that meet the clients’ needs and optimize the value delivered to the client
• Conducts analysis and develops business cases to support recommendations
• Executes real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies
• Develops, recommends and executes approaches to reduce occupancy costs
