Skilled at offering clients easy-to-understand guidance and actionable advice. Remote Diagnostics and customer support.
**FUNCTIONS**:
- Technical telephone service to provide remote support to customers in the US and Canada
- Provide support to clients and help them configure high-end printing equipment
- Troubleshooting to clients
- Customer service experience, and technical remote support
