About the Program
Concentrix offers a bilingual call center technical program that is fully sponsored.
Training Phase
- Receive 75% of the current legal minimum monthly salary (SMMLV) and be affiliated to EPS and ARL.
Practical Phase
- Receive 100% of the SMMLV, plus EPS, ARL, social benefits, transportation allowance and the compensation fund.
Program Details
- Format: In‑person, full‑time availability.
- Total duration: 15 months (9 months of training and 6 months of practice).
- Training program is 100% free.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High‑school graduate.
- English level A1 or higher.
- No learning‑contract.
- Not currently studying or working.
- Full‑time availability.
