Bilingual Tech Support Specialist (English/Spanish)

Mindbody in Mexico is seeking a Technical Support Specialist I to be the first friendly voice for customers, resolving basic technical issues and guiding users through our products.

You will handle multiple channels—phone, email, chat—communicate clearly in English and Spanish, document interactions, escalate complex issues, and pursue a Level 1 Technical Support Certification while growing your technical expertise.
