Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Medellín, on‑site at Milla de Oro. Remote is not an option.
Schedule & Location
Monday – Friday, 11am – 7pm Eastern time (adjusted for daylight savings). Work location: in person, Medellín (Poblado).
Language
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Responsibilities
- Learn the company's products and typical issues and solutions.
- Understand customer problems to accurately and quickly resolve them.
- Communicate and coordinate with Tier 3 / IT for complex issues.
- Report customer issues and feedback to management to improve experience and product.
Requirements
- B2+ English (written and verbal).
