Bilingual Tech Support Agent (French & English) Smart Home

Netzon Group is seeking a motivated Technical Customer Support Agent to join their International Team in Barcelona for the Netatmo Campaign. The role involves assisting clients with smart consumer electronics issues and striving for first-contact resolutions.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in French and English and possess strong organizational skills, empathy, and a keen interest in smart home technologies. This position offers a hybrid working model, starting ASAP with a temporary contract for 6 months.
