*This position can be based in Montreal or Toronto*We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in supporting campus initiatives, coordinating events, and helping drive recruitment efforts across our organization, with a particular focus on supporting the Quebec recruiting teams.You will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, campus events, and recruitment initiatives, managing end-to-end logistics including venue coordination, catering, shipping, event materials, and onsite execution.
