Bilingual Support & Data Insights Analyst

Verato Inc. is seeking an Associate Support Analyst based in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. This role is key in providing technical support and data analysis for customers. The ideal candidate will have a degree related to Computer Science and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

The responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues, analyzing data for insights, and building strong customer relationships. A relocation bonus is provided for those moving to Mérida.
