As part of our ongoing transformation, we are looking to integrate a Senior Recruiter to our team, who will be based at our office son Av Lazara Cardenas in Zapopan.

**Requirements**:
- Bilingual, conversational English is a must.Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting for engineering and mid-management positions, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing.
