Bilingual Roadside Support Call Center Agent (On-Site)

24 Hours Group is looking for a full-time Call Center Agent based in Santiago, Chile. In this role, you will handle incoming calls regarding towing and roadside assistance services. You will need to accurately document service requests and coordinate with dispatch to ensure prompt assistance.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and prior experience in customer service or call centers. Full-time availability is required, with rotating shifts.
