Bilingual Roadside Support Agent

SRR Group is looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent based in Chile, Región del Biobío. This role involves handling inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance, requiring excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

You will assess customer needs, document service requests, and coordinate with dispatch for timely assistance. Applicants must have customer service experience and be willing to work full-time in a fast-paced environment, including shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time.
