Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Medellín, Colombia — on‐site work at Solvo during the first month.
Eligible for remote work after approximately one month, upon meeting KPIs and having a stable internet connection.
Responsibilities
Execute dialing lists to move contacts from unverified to verified, supporting the efficiency of U.S. based recruiters.
Use GPT productively (prompting, call summaries, message improvements) to accelerate daily tasks.
Communicate professionally: clear and understandable English during phone calls.
Precise and concise written updates.
Meet weekly activity metrics (e.g., ~100+ responses or pickups per week).
Collaborate with leadership in simple and transparent metric reviews.
Requirements
2 years of experience in sales.
Experience in recruiting is preferred.
Pre‐qualified C2 English level (native) with a clear and understandable accent for U.S. phone calls.
