Bilingual Production Supervisor

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks.
- Coordinate production startups and changeovers.
- Achieve shift goals.
- Monitor quality and safety.
- Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
- Communicate with supervisors and managers.
- Train and lead the team.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Degree or partial degree.
- 3-5 years of supervisory or team leader experience managing 15+ people in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean principles.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes, machinery, and high-volume production.
- Available for shift work.
- English proficiency (80% or higher).
