Bilingual Payments Experience Associate I

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Payment Experience Associate I (Portuguese Speaker) to support customers in their payment processes at Flywire. As the initial point of contact, you will leverage your experience in customer support to guide users through complex inquiries, providing accurate and empathetic solutions.
