Bilingual Ops & Support Associate (Spanish/English)

Taxfix seeks an Ops & Support Associate to assist customers and accountants through the tax filing process using our app. You will handle inbound support via email, phone and live chat and own a range of issues from early resolution to complex inquiries.

You will work in a small, proactive team, learn our platform and tax knowledge, and contribute to process improvements and data analysis to improve our service and product.
