Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate a team of 15-20 direct reports, providing guidance in delivering exceptional customer service in the beauty sector
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and personal excellence while emphasizing the unique challenges and nuances of the beauty industry
• Collaborate with other functional areas within the organization, such as quality assurance, training, and recruiting, to implement beauty-specific strategies and best practices
• Act as a brand ambassador for the account, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their products, services, and brand values
