Responsibilities include: Review and analysis of workflow. Constant communication with our California-based office.

Position is onsite at our office in Guadalajara, Col. Americana. Work hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with Outlook as primary.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe PDF products.
  • Advanced executive-level office skills and experience required including solid ability to multi-task and great attention to detail – 1+ year experience.
  • English language skills (only) required (100%) for speaking, reading, and writing.
