We are a global pension plan partner serving in Toronto, London, New York, Singapore, Sydney and beyond. Our Member Experience Team seeks service-centric Member Experience Specialists to support members, employers, and retirees on inquiries about the OMERS Pension Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for member calls and digital channel inquiries.
  • Develop a deep understanding of OMERS pension‑plan administration to provide accurate, timely support.
  • Exercise sound judgment and ensure information is relayed accurately and courteously.
  • Handle a variety of inquiries, including escalation resolution.
