Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for member calls and digital channel inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of OMERS pension‑plan administration to provide accurate, timely support.
- Exercise sound judgment and ensure information is relayed accurately and courteously.
- Handle a variety of inquiries, including escalation resolution.
- Analyze data to identify issues and work with appropriate teams to resolve them.
