- Inventory reconciliation (mainly digital)
- Handling of domestic shipments (USA)
- Follow up of customer orders, claims, etc. (phone, email, etc.)
- Scheduling of shipments with our warehouses and carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Invoicing
- Other administrative tasks
- Fluent English both written and spoken (90% - 100%) – Interview will be held in English.
