Position Overview

This role is for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our rapidly growing international fertility consulting agency. You will work closely with intended parents and medical professionals to ensure a smooth surrogacy process, primarily working with LGBT clients. The position is available in both CDMX and Cancun, offering a flexible schedule with part-time remote work and occasional office-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, keeping intended parents informed about the progress of their surrogacy journey.
• Coordinate medical procedures with partner fertility clinics and communicate updates to clients.
