Position Overview
This role is for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our rapidly growing international fertility consulting agency.
You will work closely with intended parents and medical professionals to ensure a smooth surrogacy process, primarily working with LGBT clients.
The position is available in both CDMX and Cancun, offering a flexible schedule with part-time remote work and occasional office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, keeping intended parents informed about the progress of their surrogacy journey.
Coordinate medical procedures with partner fertility clinics and communicate updates to clients.
Manage and respond to ***** emails per day and conduct regular video and phone calls with clients in both English and Spanish.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in client databases.
