Bilingual IT Support Analyst – Mandarin & English

You will support IT infrastructure, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve tickets while upholding high service standards. Required qualifications include 0–2 years of experience, professional fluency in Mandarin, and foundational IT knowledge encompassing Windows, Mac, and Networking.
