Bilingual Intake & Case Evaluation Specialist

You will conduct initial client interviews, evaluate case eligibility, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure a seamless case transfer to attorneys.
Successful candidates must have advanced English proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
