Bilingual Intake & Case Evaluation Specialist

Link-Worldwide is seeking a highly organized Intake Specialist/Case Evaluation Specialist in Mexico. In this full-time role, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting initial interviews and evaluating case eligibility.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and at least 2 years of customer service experience. You will maintain client databases and coordinate closely with attorneys to ensure a seamless case transfer process.
