About the Role: Altis Technology is seeking a Bilingual Helpdesk Specialist for a contract prospect with one of our Federal Government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first to third-level technical support (hardware, software, client computing)
- Troubleshoot via phone, Teams, email, and in person
- Support Windows 11 upgrades and associated software updates (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Open Text eDocs)
- Maintain ticket documentation
- Deliver user coaching and contribute to IT support documentation
- Collaborate with broader IT teams on solution delivery
