Bilingual Global Onboarding & Compliance Specialist

Link-Worldwide in Mexico, Jalisco is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role will be involved in facilitating a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates while managing the closure of background check processes and handling personal documentation for internal HR use.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong multitasking abilities and knowledge of local labor regulations are a plus.
