Bilingual Front-End Collections Specialist

Scotiabank is seeking a ScotiaHelps Advisor, Front End (Bilingual) to enhance collection recoveries on Credit Products while minimizing costs. The role involves conducting collection follow-up via calls, contributing towards effective collection processes, and maximizing recovery rates.
