Bilingual FinTech IT Support Analyst

DiDi Global Inc. in Ciudad de México is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support for our Fintech operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and fluency in both English and Spanish to assist users effectively.

The IT Support Analyst will manage technical incidents, support hardware and software issues, and maintain video conferencing and communication systems for optimal performance.
