Bilingual Customer Success (Tijuana)

Link-Worldwide is seeking a skilled customer service representative to support our creative custom t-shirt operations in Tijuana. The role requires navigating our website and assisting customers with their orders while providing exceptional service.

The idóneo candidate will be computer proficient, bilingual in English, and have strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a schedule of four days on and three days off.
