Bilingual Customer Service Representative – National Loyalty Program

Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a high-energy environment? We are seeking three (3) Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a brand-new department within a premier national loyalty program. This is a 100% remote opportunity to support members across Canada from the comfort of your home.


Salary: $20/hour + bonus performance

Full-Time: 40 hours per week (5 working days, 2 days off).

Shift Structure: 8-hour shifts (includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks).

Availability: Rotational shifts scheduled between Monday–Friday (8 AM – 10 PM EST) and Saturday (8 AM – 7 PM EST).

Days Off: Sunday is a fixed day off. The second day off is rotational.

Start Date: June
Contract with a strong path to permanency.
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in Canada).
