Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Bilingual (English and Spanish) mandatory.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in a professional setting.
Ability to carry a conversation with outstanding customer service.
Ability to translate conversation if needed.
- Reaching out to customer via telephone may be required in order to obtain additional information.
