Bilingual Customer Service Representative

**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative**Reports to**:Director of Consumer, Operations Manager**Dept Name**:Operations**Position Summary****Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- Interact and engage with potential customers via online chat- Manage all aspects of customers order: from order placement to tracking through to fulfillment to ensure complete customer satisfaction- best resolution/action for customers- Accurate knowledge of order tracking and shipping methods- Assist in maintaining customer & inventory databases- Assist in developing and improving processes/procedures- Process customer returns, exchanges & refunds that are received on a daily basis.
- Assist with quality checking orders in production as required.
- Support and assist management with any and all tasks assigned.
