Bilingual Customer Service Pro in Calgary

Become a vital part of our Calgary team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative supporting both French and English speakers. This full-time position operates in-office Monday through Friday and focuses on customer relationship management.
In this 12-month contract role, you will coordinate and respond to CRM activities, assisting with existing accounts as well as new setups. You’ll collaborate across departments like Sales and Marketing to meet customer requirements while ensuring data accuracy within D365 CRM. Your expertise in customer needs will help improve services and strengthen relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate CRM activities for new and existing accounts
• Maintain customer master data in D365 CRM
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Credit teams
