Overview

Air Canada is hiring a Bilingual Customer Sales and Service Agent for its Montreal call centre in Dorval, Quebec. This is a full‑time unionized position (UNIFOR ) and requires fluency in both English and French.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide information on flights, fares, destinations and special offers.
• Manage reservations, sales and refunds.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and French.
• Available to complete an approximately 12‑week full‑time paid initial training program.
