**BILINGUAL CUSTOMER CARE AMBASSADOR**(_Spanish_)- Food & Beverage Industry Account_The Customer Care Ambassador is responsible for order taking, tackling customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on - all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication.Must have:- Minimum of 3 months work experience as a Customer Service Representative- Excellent command of the English & Spanish language, and is an effective communicator both oral and written- Has a personal **computer** with **Internet Connection**:- _* Processor: 4 cores and 8 threads_- _* Memory: 16GB RAM Storage 240GB SSD_- _* Connection: at least 50 mbps wired_- Can work with mínimal supervisionApplication Question(s):- Do you speak Spanish & English fluently?
