SUMMARY The Communications Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Tenant Relationship and Communications program. The position requires a strategic approach and integration with facility management, project delivery, and other workstreams involved in the delivery of services within the buildings. Program development requires a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate and the role of tenants within buildings. Operational expertise and strong communication skills are essential to develop communication strategies at a national, regional, or building level. The role supports numerous programs and priorities to ensure tenant satisfaction. Relationship development and management are key to this position.
