Overview

Engineering Services are seeking an Operational Excellence (OE) Qualified to join our Operational Excellence Center of Excellence (OECOE) within Engineering Services. OECOE is responsible for supporting the implementation of the OE management system across the Aramco organization via developing an annual schedule, conducting data analytics to identify issues and provide solutions, and ensuring high‑quality reports to customers.

Your primary role is to conduct data analytics to gain insights that support OEMS proper deployment and sustained excellence performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with OE teams to achieve overall operational excellence in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, policies, and regulations.
