Bilingual Cold Caller (Colombia)

REI Call Center is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Cold Caller (Part Time) to join us immediately

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients and generating leads for our real estate agents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases
• Introduce our real estate services and value proposition to potential clients
• Qualify leads and gather essential information about their real estate needs
• Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system

Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST
• Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus
