Bilingual Case Support Coordinator (remote)

We're searching for a bilingual (French and English) individual with experience in financial services.

Location: Toronto

Setup: Hybrid

Pay: 60-65k base salary + 10% target bonus

Instead of helping large financial institutions increase profits, you'll be helping everyday Canadians navigate disputes and receive fair treatment. You'll play a meaningful role in resolving complex cases and making a real difference for consumers, while educating and protecting their financial well‑being along the way.

Duties

You’ll manage a portfolio of financial dispute investigations from start to finish, including matters involving fraud, scams, intercepted e‑transfers, identity theft, credit card disputes, and non‑sufficient funds (NSF).
