Bilingual Campus Recruiter (1-year contract) – The role supports the French‑speaking site in Quebec, helping the Talent Acquisition team attract and hire co‑op and intern candidates. The recruiter works closely with hiring leaders, executives, and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver on the needs of a fast‑paced, high‑volume campus program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key universities and colleges across the country, facilitating deeper ties with MDA Space's strategic schools.
- Post co‑op and intern needs at appropriate schools.
