**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for all clients.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Handle client invoicing and follow up on payments.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Get documentation from borrowers.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review.
- Make client calls as needed for billing or account follow-ups.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Systems to be Used**:
- QuickBooks
- Zoho
- UltraCAD (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
**Requirements**:
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish - written and spoken).
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative support.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho; UltraCAD knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and tax processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
