Bilingual Back Office/Receptionist (Remote)

**Satellite Teams are searching for a bilingual receptionist who will be working for an LA-based distinguished hospital.
This role is on the front line personally speaking to people coming to us for help at a time in which they are most vulnerable and need medical assistance.
**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Create a positive first impression as you greet clients, guests, and patients.
- Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Taking messages, screening new patients, booking appointments, and transferring calls
- Understanding the caller's needs and providing business information
- Being part of a team and contributing to continued excellence
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:
- Have previous call-handling experience and front desk activities
- Experience in the medical field is a plus.
