Bilingual Back Office Representative (Bogotá)

Job Purpose

Supports Vendor Marketing team with planning, execution, and claiming processes involved with market development funds (MDF) for TD SYNNEX's mid-tier and emerging vendors. This position will perform MDF management for assigned vendor(s) and collaborate with and advise Vendor Marketing colleagues on efficient and effective MDF practices. Will be the SME on MDF guidelines for assigned vendor(s).

Responsibilities :

• Active member of Vendor Marketing team squad for assigned vendor(s), provides guidance on MDF processes and best practices throughout all phases of an activity.
• Enters activities into vendor MDF portal(s) (if applicable), obtains required prior approval documentation and/or tracking ID numbers.
• Creates and manages MDF budgets, activities, and expenses in internal marketing platforms.
• Collects and uploads proof of performance/execution (POP/POE) to central repository.
